Summer is gone and now comes winter,
The feeling is so thick and slender.
Look out through your windows the falling snow,
Trees shivering when the winds blow.
I feared to keep the windows and doors aghast,
as the north-wind roamed like a halloween ghost.
It was so cold that anyone could freeze,
The wind was so fierce that it wasn’t just a breeze.
I had to shovel the snow at my front yard the morrow,
Although I yearned to open my Christmas presents with every marrow,
It’s fun when the winter comes around,
there’s snowman and
Snow balls to throw around.
Since we know
Winter doesn’t stay for long,
As after winter
Spring comes along….
Crib in winter we might
Let’s grab the chance with might…
